Information With a heavy bar countertop made of a solid keyaki timber and soft lighting producing a relaxed Japanese style atmosphere, the bar will enable you to enjoy a limited range of valuable sake freshly taken from the brewery tanks. It opens only on weekends and holidays. There is also a standing bar corner where you can do sake tastings at 200 yen a shot. This standing bar corner is open on weekdays. So feel free to talk to the staff when you are there.

The recommendation is a sake-nabe (hot pot cooking using sake) which only uses sake and carefully selected ingredients of the season. As the sake is a taste which is unique from the brewery and an epicurean dish according to the restaurant, it is a superb meal which pleases every gourmet with its taste unique to a sake brewery. Information With a concept of “Flower, Japanese cuisine, and sake”, this Japanese type restaurant in Hakushika Classics is a place where you can enjoy high-quality sake direct from the brewery along with dishes unique to the brewery Hakushika. In a relaxed environment with a high ceiling, you can enjoy a variety of dishes such as a specialty kasujiru-nabe (hot pot cooked with sake-lees, which is known to be highly nutritious), gluten-free soba noodle made from 100% buckwheat and takikomi-gohan (rice seasoned and cooked with various ingredients) of the season. There is also a detached banquet room which can accommodate up to 40 guests and can be used for a daily lunch, a private meeting or a banquet inviting a large number of people.
